What is the Yoga Marathon and why 40 days?

The Kundalini Yoga Marathon is a transformational journey for women to improve their physical and emotional state.

 

Its purpose is to: ​

 

  1. find the sphere of your actual realization

  2. improve the condition of the body and learn to process  emotions

  3. create a circle of women's support

In 40 days, we will create a habit of thinking and acting in a new way, realizing and implementing our creative ideas on impulse. 

In this marathon you will have the opportunity to join for 2 or 3 weeks or continue for 40 days

What does a marathon give?

Sometimes life puts us in a situation where the old way no longer works, and the new way is not yet clear how. Or the old is destroyed, and the new needs to be built. For construction, you need more than just any resource! It is on the creation of this resource as a foundation that we will work these 40 days. 

​Marathon gives you energy to move forward.

 

What awaits you? ​

 

  1. Physical exercises for a straight posture and a healthy back

  2. Strengthening the press and lower back, stretching the muscles of the thighs and the back of the legs, eliminating fatigue and swelling in the neck and shoulders.

  3. Women's communication and support in the chat.

  4. Clarify your intentions and true desires.

  5. Discipline and regularity of classes.

Marathon description

Yoga Marathon is 40 days of regular practices and support in a women's community. Exercises will be specially selected to work with our third center, which is responsible for creativity, willpower, manifestation and realization in society.

Marathon format

Online yoga classes every day, weekends during menstruation, and if you will miss an online session, just warn me and, if possible, make a recording.

Online meetings

Three online meetings: "Acquaintance and Intention", "Equator" and "Completing the Marathon".

Time flexibility

The recording of each lesson is available after the lesson, allowing you to do yoga at a convenient time.

Ongoing support

The opportunity to be part of a women's community, receive support, and share your experiences.
